Prosecutors from the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney's Office say Bruce Cutler and Ed Hayes, who represent former NYPD detectives Louis Eppolito, 57, and Stephen Caracappa, 63, have talked so much about the case publicly that finding unbiased jurors could be a problem. Readers will recall that Bruce Cutler is the defense attorney that represented John Gotti three times successfully before Gotti was finally imprisoned where he died behind bars.
